My daughter is three now but we purchased the YBCR video set when she was 18 months and only played them once a day.
Just before she was two years old I tested her with a very long word list and also hand writing on a writing board and she read literally hundreds of words.
The love of reading she developed through the videos and have made other learning activites easy for her too with her counting and comprehension skills far exceeding her years.
We now use books intended for 7 year old and up because her vocabulary is so good now.
