Where We Ship
Your Baby Can Read currently ships to Australia and New Zealand. Good shipped outside Australia may be subject to Duties and Taxes by the destination country. If imposed this charges are payable by the receiver.
Shipping Service
We use the Australia Post eParcel Service. This service requires a signature on delivery. If the addressee is not available to sign for the item
a card will be left in the mailbox and the item will be left at the local post office or Deliver Centre where it will be available for collection by the addressee.
How Rates Are Calculated
We send all our parcels via Australia Post's eParcel Service. Our website automatically calculates the correct shipping charges by sending the
details of the post code, weight and service to Australia Post's online quoting system.
Shipping When Items Have Different Availability
If the whole of your order is not in stock you will be contacted and advised.
Your order will subsequently be held until it can be shipped complete unless
you nominate to pay any additional shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages
What happens when a package is returned to us as undeliverable. (Also see Returns policy.)
What Items Can Be Returned?
Only faulty or incorrectly supplied items may be returned. All returns are accepted on an exchange ONLY basis. No refunds will be issued.
Will Shipping Charges Be Refunded?
The shipping and handling costs that were charged when you placed your order
are not refundable. If returning an item, you must do so at your own expense.
If a returned item is defective, Your Baby Can Read! will bear the shipping
charges to send out a replacement. However, if you ordered the wrong item, or
have simply had a change of heart and wish to exchange an item for something
else, additional shipping charges as described in our Shipping section will
apply.
Where orders are marked 'Return to Sender', 'unclaimed', 'insufficient or incorrect address information', or refused and returned without sufficient postage, Your Baby Can Read must pay the return postage before the Post Office will release the package to us. In that event, you will be responsible for the return charge levied to Your Baby Can Read as well as any redelivery costs.
Where Should I Send My Return?
Please write your reason for return on the back of the packing slip which accompanied your order (or a copy of it) and send it, together with the merchandise being returned, to:

If you no longer have your packing slip, please write your name and order number on a separate piece of paper and include it, and the reasons for the return, in your package.
Your Baby Can Read is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We therefore recommend that you pack the item well and return your merchandise by insured Parcel Post.
